Compiling GeoGebra with IntelliJ IDEA

At GeoGebra, for historical reasons, we still use Eclipse to develop the main modules. As the time goes by, some other IDEs could also be very useful or even simpler for the long term.
For several months I have been maintaining a Google document that collects the required steps for IntelliJ IDEA. Maybe it could be useful for others as well.
